Returns
If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a resaleable condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method upon receipt of the item/s back in our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to process and appear back on your statement.
My item is faulty or incorrect
Please in first instance contact us via email (info@amaraworldwide.com) where we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you still need to return a faulty item within the first 30 days, we will offer you a replacement or refund.
Our guarantee
Under our 2 year guarantee, Amara will cover any manufacturer defects/faults to the components only.
Unfortunately, scratches, dents, chips and marks aren't covered by warranty so please do remember to take good care of your product - it will last you for a very long time if you do!

How long will my refund take?
In most cases, refunds will be processed within five working days of receipt of the order back into our warehouse.

Yes please, we will ask for these so we can see the issue and help you as quickly as we can.
